Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email when it has been dispatched.

Pre-orders and back-ordered items will be processed within 2–3 business days of stock arrival.

Shipping timeframes

Standard shipping arrives within 5–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier volume. We currently ship within Australia only.

  • Orders over $100 — Free standard shipping
  • Orders under $100 — $6.99 standard · $8.99 priority · $15.99 express

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Use this to monitor progress directly on the carrier's website.

Elemental 6 is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your order has been dispatched. If your tracking shows no movement after 7 business days, contact us and we'll follow up with the carrier on your behalf.

Returns

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first orders. You keep the product — no return required. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

To initiate a return or raise a concern, email info@grns.com.au with your order number. We'll respond within 1 business day.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us at info@grns.com.au immediately with your order number and a photo. We'll resolve it with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
